Panel surfaces can be painted in the desired color with electrostatic powder painting method, and surface treatment can be applied as flat, perforated (perforation) or embossed. Aluminum suspended panels are produced and assembled with narrow and wide joints or with tail. Aluminum suspended panel ceilings are suitable for indoor and outdoor use, but when used outdoors, it requires the use of thicker materials and special assembly practices. In suspended ceilings where heat and sound insulation is required, insulation materials are placed on the panels and assembled.
Aluminum Suspended Cassette Ceilings: In the aluminum suspended cassette ceiling system, aluminum cassettes are produced by shaping the cassettes from full hard aluminum sheets of at least 0.5 mm thickness in mold presses. The most commonly used cassette sizes in current applications are 300x300, 300x600, 600x600, 600x1200 mm. There are differences in cassette sizes due to the projects and systems of the manufacturer companies. The cassette surfaces can be painted in the desired color with electrostatic powder painting method, and can be surface treated as smooth, perforated or embossed. Aluminum suspension cassettes are manufactured and assembled depending on the way the carrier system is visible or invisible. Aluminum suspended cassette ceilings are also suitable for indoor use. In cases where heat and sound insulation is required, insulation materials are placed on the cassette and assembled. ELEMENTS USED IN ALUMINUM SUSPENDED CEILING
Aluminum Suspended Ceiling Carrier Profiles: The carrier profiles used in the production of aluminum suspended ceilings are the profiles used in the construction of the suspended ceiling system. On the carrier profiles; panel, cassette, middle record profile, lighting fixture etc. There are tabs that allow it to be attached, and also there are special holes to attach the carrying strap. The carrier profiles are designed to prevent the ceiling from collapsing by expanding during a fire with the help of some channels and holes on them. The carrier profile shape, size and functionality differ depending on the design of the manufacturer. From carrier profiles in all systems; It is expected to be strong enough to carry the load of the future suspended ceiling, not to deflect the sword, to be strong and to have a structure that fully grips the aluminum panels and cassettes. Commonly, carrier profiles are produced from galvanized steel, which is resistant to corrosion.
Aluminum Suspended Ceiling Suspension: The elements used in the production of aluminum suspended ceilings to connect the carrier profiles to the normal ceiling are called the carrying hangers. Although the suspension set is not visible after installation, it is the most important part of the quality and durability of the ceiling. The carrying straps differ in shape, size and functionality depending on the design of the manufacturer. The suspension sets to be used in the ceiling system must be resistant to corrosion, so they must be made of stainless steel or galvanized steel. Carrier hanger set; The part to be screwed to the anchor that is attached to the normal ceiling consists of steel butterfly spring, carrier rod and nails that are used to hold the carrier profile. Carrier bars are used to adjust and connect the suspended ceiling to the normal ceiling and these bars must be produced from galvanized steel with a diameter of at least 4 mm. Butterfly steel spring; It consists of a mechanism that provides holding and level adjustment between the carrier bar and the tab attached to the carrier profile. The butterfly spring should have a solid structure and should not slip when a load is applied. The carrier suspension set must be able to withstand at least 60 kg pulling force as a whole. During the suspended ceiling installation, the carrying hanger should be attached to the normal ceiling with maximum 125 cm intervals. In the selection of the hanger set, the hanger sets recommended by the manufacturer or produced in accordance with the system should be preferred. As a result of the wrong or incorrectly used suspension set, collapses or unwanted fluctuations may occur on the ceiling.
Middle Record Profiles Used in Aluminum Suspended Ceilings: The middle record profiles used in the aluminum suspended cassette ceiling system are the auxiliary profiles used in the placement of the aluminum cassettes according to their dimensions and connected to the carrier profiles. Locking is achieved by attaching the clips at the end of the middle recording profiles to the channels opened at certain distances of the carrier profiles produced for aluminum suspended cassette ceilings produced today. Center record profiles must be the same as the main beam profile properties, the system must be interlocking and corrosion resistant.
Edge Profiles Used in Aluminum Suspended Ceilings: When the installation work is completed on aluminum suspended ceilings, these parts should be hidden because the parts remaining at the wall edges do not give an aesthetically good appearance. For this reason, edge profiles made of aluminum material should be used to cover the edges at the level of the level where the suspended ceiling is made. Edge profiles should be mounted on the wall level with dowel at maximum 60 cm intervals.
Ceiling Accessories Used in Aluminum Suspended Ceilings: In aluminum suspended ceilings; lighting, sound, fire detector, camera, ventilation, etc. In case of using units, system details of the manufacturer company should be taken into consideration and manufacturing and assembly should be done accordingly.
